What We Do
Our passion is providing loving, responsible care for your pets and your
home when you are away. Each visit to your pets can include:
- Love & affection
- Food & fresh water
- Litterbox & yard cleanup
- Medication as needed

- Walks & exercise
- Treats!
- In/outdoor play
- Brushing

- A detailed report card describing your pet's activities. See sample report cards for for cats, for dogs, and for daily dog walks.

If you are out of town, we will care for your home, and strive to give your house that "lived-in" look. Visits can
include services such as:
- Bringing in mail/papers/packages
- Turning lights on and off
- Garbage bins taken in or out

- Watering plants
- Changing blinds

We are fully insured, and we are members of Pet Sitters Associates.
While You Were Out Pet Care is owned and operated by Connie Schachtel, an animal shelter volunteer, 4-year business
owner, and life-long pet lover. Connie belongs to Quoia (the lovely dog) and Athena, Spooky, Nougat, and Casey (the 4 wonderful
cats).
